Kick and Burn is North West Leicestershires premier "pay as you go" ladies fitness class*.
Classes available listed below, you just need to wear normal gym clothes and bring plenty of water to class, I'll provide the sweat and the smiles!"
FITNESS KICKBOXING is a cardio class based around fitness-kickboxing. Whether your aim is to lose weight, gain strength, get more confident, or just have some fun, then this is the class for you.
FITNESS PILATES is a class based upon the teachings of Joseph Pilates. It is designed to enhance posture, strength and stability whilst toning all core muscle groups.
ZUMBA - An exciting new dance/aerobics class based upon salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, belly dancing and much more. Coordination isn't a necessity, just the enthusiasm to have fun! Unlike other salsa type classes no partners are required to participate.* not exclusively ladies only
