Kick and Burn is Coalville, Whitwick and Thringstone's premier "pay as you go" ladies fitness class.

FITNESS KICKBOXING is a cardio class based around fitness-kickboxing. Whether your aim is to lose weight, gain strength, get more confident, or just have some fun, then this is the class for you.

FITNESS PILATES is a class based upon the teachings of Joseph Pilates. It is designed to enhance posture, strength and stability whilst toning all core muscle groups.

FITNESS HULA is a fun filled class based on aerobic moves using a weighted hoop.
