Each fitness kickboxing class lasts around 45 minutes, and consists of:

  • Warm up period

  • Stretches

  • Main Kick and Burn activities

  • Fun finish and warm down
  • Every Kick and Burn fitness kickboxing class is unique and developed to provide a full body workout with different routines each class.

    WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

    You should wear sportswear - whatever you feel comfortable in. Footwear should be light trainers if possible - you will be kicking in them! You will want to bring boxing gloves if you have any, but they can be bought through Kick and Burn.

    WHAT WILL I GET OUT OF IT?

    Fitter! Firmer! You will feel fitter, more flexible and your body will improve in terms of posture, muscle tone and body fat.
